Disney’s annual holiday short is almost here. Disney just dropped a quick first teaser for A Disney Holiday Short: The Invisible Horse, and it premieres Monday, November 9.
The teaser is short and sweet, teasing “a little magic, before the whole story unfolds,” and it is part of Disney’s #MakeTheHolidaysMagic campaign.
What Is The Invisible Horse About?
The story follows Jack, a young boy who thinks he is too old for Christmas. Then he befriends an invisible creature, and his unlikely new friend helps him rediscover the magic of the holidays.
The first look poster, revealed by Radio Times, shows a young boy sitting on a saddle with no horse under it, set against a snowy holiday backdrop. It is a clever way to show off a horse you cannot see.
From the Director of Paddington in Peru
The Invisible Horse is directed by Dougal Wilson, who directed Paddington in Peru. Holiday fans in the United Kingdom also know Wilson for his beloved John Lewis Christmas commercials, so he knows a thing or two about tugging at your heartstrings in just a few minutes.
