Grab your stretchy pants, because the holiday food lineup at Walt Disney World is officially here! Disney revealed its 2026 holiday foodie guide on Monday, October 26. It’s packed with gingerbread, peppermint, and a few fun surprises across Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs.
The biggest news is Santa’s Holiday Grove, an all new holiday spot at Animal Kingdom with its own menu of sweets, savory bites, and sips. Disney Springs is going big too, especially Amorette’s Patisserie, which is filling its case with brand new holiday pastries.
Most items arrive in early to mid November and stay into January. Here are the highlights, park by park.
Magic Kingdom
Main Street, U.S.A. is getting extra cozy this year. Plaza Ice Cream Parlor brings back the Gingerbread Milkshake from November 8 through January 2. It’s a vanilla shake swirled with gingerbread syrup and finished with gingersnap crumbs and a little chocolate gingerbread man on top.

Next door, The Plaza Restaurant has two new items starting November 1: a Classic Reuben Sandwich and a Red Velvet Cheesecake. They join the returning Santa’s Floridian Pulled Pork Sandwich with pineapple chutney, and the Merry Berry Cosmopolitan for the grownups.
Here’s what else is new around the park:
- Columbia Harbour House: The Gingerbread Cake is shaped like a Christmas tree and layered with cream cheese frosting and dulce de leche panna cotta. Mobile order is available.
- Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies: Cherry Cordial Cold Brew with cherry whipped cream and chocolate curls
- Liberty Square Market: A plant based Mickey Whoopie Pie filled with mint marshmallow buttercream
- Aloha Isle: The Santa Surf Shack Float pairs tropical juice with coconut soft serve and a spiced pineapple pop. It’s available through December 25.

Holiday treats at Hollywood Studios run November 7 through January 5 at most locations.
Star Wars fans, this one is for you. The new Life Day Wookiee Cookie is a pair of oatmeal cookies sandwiching cassis eggnog buttercream, topped with a chocolate coin. You can find it at Backlot Express and at the Milk Stand in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

The Linzer Cookie Mousse Torte at ABC Commissary is one of the prettiest desserts of the season. It layers hazelnut cake with raspberry blackcurrant mousse and raspberry jam, and it’s topped with a snowy Linzer cookie.

Over at Rosie’s All American Café, the Coquito Wreath Cupcake is a vanilla cupcake filled with coquito custard. It’s decorated like a holiday wreath with a chocolate bow and gold pearls.

Two more to look for:
- Woody’s Lunch Box: The Hot Cocoa Lunch Box Tart returns, filled with chocolate fudge and topped with mini marshmallows. It runs through January 31.
- The Trolley Car Café: A soft Mickey Gingerbread Cookie
