TRON: Legacy’s Daft Punk Is Getting a LEGO Set Based on Their Iconic Pyramid Stage

October 22, 2026

Get ready to build harder, better, faster and stronger. The LEGO Group and Daft Punk have officially announced a partnership, starting with a fan designed LEGO Ideas set based on the legendary pyramid stage from the duo’s Alive 2007 tour. LEGO says this is only the beginning, with more products, content and experiences coming in 2027.

For Disney fans, Daft Punk needs no introduction. The French electronic duo composed the unforgettable score for Disney’s TRON: Legacy in 2010, and even made a cameo in the film as the helmeted DJs at Castor’s End of Line Club.

What We Know About the LEGO Daft Punk Set

The set will recreate the glowing pyramid stage that Daft Punk performed inside during their Alive tour, one of the most famous concert setups in electronic music history. Here is what has been confirmed so far:

The Genie Transportation Services
  • Theme: LEGO Ideas
  • Inspiration: Daft Punk’s pyramid stage from the Alive 2007 tour
  • Designer: RobotRock, a father and son team from Luxembourg
  • Price, piece count and release date: Not yet announced

The final design may also change from the original fan submission as LEGO’s designers develop it.

From Lockdown Project to Official LEGO Set

The set started as a fan creation on the LEGO Ideas platform, where builders submit their own designs for a chance to become official sets. RobotRock’s pyramid won the 2025 Music to Our Ears challenge and went on to reach the 10,000 supporter votes needed for an official LEGO review.

Patrick Harboun, the father behind RobotRock, said the project began as a creative escape he shared with his son during lockdown. “We never dared imagine it would take off in this way,” he said.

Daft Punk Enters the LEGO Universe

LEGO marked the announcement with a short film titled “DAFT PUNK has entered the LEGO universe,” featuring Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo as LEGO minifigures, complete with their signature helmets. Set to “Voyager” and “Human After All,” the duo chases a glowing red LEGO brick to a brick built console.

“We’re excited to build on these foundations to reimagine the Daft Punk legacy in a fresh and unexpected way,” said Julia Goldin, Chief Product and Marketing Officer at the LEGO Group.

LEGO describes the partnership as a “mashup of surprising events and content that crosses music, culture and creative spaces,” with more to come in 2027.

A Big Moment for Daft Punk Fans

Daft Punk officially split in 2021, so any new Daft Punk project is a treat for fans. Between the LEGO set and whatever else is coming in 2027, the duo’s robot legacy is very much alive.

And if this has you craving the TRON: Legacy soundtrack, you can stream the film on Disney+ and hear Daft Punk’s score the way it was meant to be heard, on the Grid.
