Six Ravens is calling the celebration its “Grand Opening Congregation,” and it kicks off at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 17.
- Free collectible pin: Every guest who makes a purchase gets a free pin featuring the Six Ravens logo, while supplies last.
- A mystery surprise: The announcement also teases that “a regal crown awaits” for guests “of noble spirit.” Six Ravens hasn’t said what that means yet, but it sounds like there could be a special surprise for the earliest guests.
- Arrive early: Since the pins are only available while supplies last, and Gideon’s is known for long lines, it’s a good idea to get there before 10 a.m.
Six Ravens has been in an “exceptionally soft” opening since August 3, so this weekend’s celebration makes it official.
What Is Six Ravens?
If you’ve ever waited in line for a Gideon’s cookie, you already know this team takes theming seriously. Six Ravens is their savory concept, and it’s built around a dark fantasy story. Guests step into the aftermath of a tale in which a King and his crew completed six trials to earn an audience with “The Six,” who are carved into an ancient stone mural inside the restaurant.
The look is dark and creepy cute, very much in the Gideon’s style, with carved stone details and a mural of the Six Ravens. You’ll even get collectible menu cards and stickers with your order.
The Six Ravens Menu
The star of the menu is the coffyn, a medieval style savory hand pie. Several are collaborations with popular Orlando restaurants. Coffyns are $10.96 each.
- The Peasant’s Patty: A cheeseburger coffyn with American cheese and dill pickle, made with The Pink Salamander
- The Villain of Valentina: Basil pesto chicken and balsamic tomatoes, made with Pizza Bruno
- The Wizard’s Wonder: Mac and cheese, pulled pork, and pickled poblanos, made with Smoke & Donuts BBQ
- The Imperial Idol: Chicken and potato carrot coconut curry, made with Red Panda Noodle
- The Moreish Monk: A grilled cheese coffyn with white cheddar, Havarti, and tomato jam
- The Forager’s Find: Sweet potato, black bean corn salsa, and cotija, the meatless option

Location, Hours, and How to Order
Six Ravens is a short walk from Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs, in the former Art of Shaving storefront. It’s open daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., but hours can change.
Ordering is walk up only, with no reservations or mobile ordering. When lines get long, Six Ravens uses a virtual queue that texts you when it’s your turn. That’s the same approach that’s worked well for Gideon’s.
