As you may know, Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is back again this year and more delicious than ever! From now until April 12, 2018, you’ll find 13 Festival Kitchens across Disney California Adventure park with delicious drinks and dishes. But it doesn’t stop there – in addition to all of the amazing eats, there’s a feast for the senses with delightful dinners, culinary demonstrations, and even special appearances by celebrity chefs. Here’s everything you need to know about each of these events!
Robert Irvine LIVE! at the Hyperion
Turn up the heat in this 60-minute live stage show where you can watch world-class chef Robert Irvine cook up some exciting dishes and partake in a fun tasting party afterwards. Learn some of the secrets of his success, personal stories and even a few favorite recipes, all while creating his signature dishes live on stage! Make reservations now for this once-in-a-lifetime event.
Friday, March 30 – 8 p.m.
Hyperion Theater
Build up your culinary chops during demonstrations by some of the most renowned chefs in the industry. Watch as popular chefs prepare mouth-watering dishes and share their go-to recipes and insider tips.
These culinary demonstrations require no reservations, however if you’re getting into the cooking spirit, you can also purchase the VIP Package, which includes reserved seating, a sample tasting of the chef’s prepared dish and a private meet and greet with the chef following the demonstration!

Palisades Stage. Paradise Park
Savor a delicious dinner that highlights wines from vintners across California, all meticulously paired by our sommeliers with delicious food. These gourmet wine-focused pairing meals present unique wines while providing the backgrounds and tasting notes to enhance your dining experience. You’ll even learn how the chef planned each dish to make the most of the flavor of the wines!
Enjoy a very special evening featuring the wines from four “Disney Family of Wines” winemakers: Fess Parker Winery, Kurt Russell’s GoGi Wines, Silverado Vineyards, and Skywalker Vineyards. Each course of the inspired menu, created by Executive Chef Andrew Sutton, will be paired with hand-selected wines from one of the featured wineries. With the beautiful Napa Rose hosting this stellar event, your evening is sure to sparkle.
Disney Family of Wines Dinner
Thursday, March 29 – 6:30 p.m.
Napa Rose, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
Delight in an exclusive evening under the stars celebrating David Arthur Wines. This 1930s Hollywood-themed evening is limited to 24 guests, with vintner David Long expertly pairing each course with the ideal wine. The event begins with a reception at Carthay Circle Restaurant, followed by a 4-course dinner created by Executive Chef Andrew Sutton on the North Patio. If you like, come dressed in 1930s attire to add another layer of fun to this stylish event!

Wine, Beer and Spirits Education & Tasting Seminars
Want to learn more about your favorite beverages? Well, then you can quench your thirst for knowledge at these 30-45 minute tasting seminars at the Golden Vine Winery at Sonoma Terrace. Each session is presented by a beverage industry professional who will guide you through these sample tastings. Sip on California wines, learn what goes into making beer, or mix, muddle, shake, and stir with acclaimed distillers. Make your reservations today to take in these experts’ incredible wealth of experience and knowledge.

Start with a light breakfast, a sparkling wine toast and an entertaining baking demonstration. You may even sample some of the completed creations!

Napa Rose, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
From growing your own vegetables to learning to prepare some Festival Marketplace favorites, you’ll be inspired or maybe even discover a new interest during each information-packed live session. Our guest presenters will share tips and tricks of their trade to get you in the swing for spring―and beyond!
These 20-30 minute seminars take place Thursday-Sunday throughout the day at the Backlot Stage in Hollywood Land and require no reservations. See signs at the event location for a list of topics and times.
Kids ages 3 to 11 get to whip up fantastic fun during this hands-on “cooking” experience that ends with a tasty surprise. With silly supervision from Chef Goofy, your aspiring young chef will follow a recipe and then swirl everything together (little hands may get messy). The finished goodies go into the magic oven and―voila! Each child gets a wrapped, ready-to-eat baked treat.
The Jr. Chef kitchen is open for fun several times a day in Hollywood Land. Daily showtimes are posted at the event location.
