It’s Thursday, and time for our weekly feel good story, or as I call it, TMSM’s Random Acts of Kindness. Nice gestures are given by people every day, and it’s good to acknowledge them whenever possible. Spreading Disney magic is a blessing, and I love to share stories and get input from our readers. This week’s story was sent in by Main Streeter Tammy G.! Here’s what she had to say~
Last year I thought I lost my small camera case while at Hollywood Studios. I couldn’t find it after returning to our hotel and the last place I remembered having it was at HS. We went back to HS later that evening to see Fantasmic so when we got there we went to Guest Services before entering the park to see if it was in Lost & Found. I was helped by a very kind female Cast Member (unfortunately didn’t get her name) but my case had not been turned in. She was very helpful in letting me know to go to the main Lost & Found the next day to check again. While I was thanking her for her help, she asked how many people were in our party. I answered just my daughter & myself. She then reached down and gave us 2 paper FastPasses to anything in the Park. Since we only wanted to go to Fantasmic that evening, we used them for that which gave us a quick entry and we were able to sit in a reserved section. While this may not seem like a good use of a FastPass for some, for me and my special needs daughter (who does not do well with waiting in the normal crowd for Fantasmic), it was very special pixie dust for us that evening (which also happened to be my birthday).
