Last week, you heard from Chef Arnaud Lallement, advising chef at Remy, about his role with Disney Cruise Line. We are privileged to have him, a three Michelin-starred chef from France, work alongside the award-winningVictoria & Albert’s Chef Scott Hunnel to develop the menu at our premier fine dining restaurant on the Disney Fantasy and Disney Dream.
