This is the way to see how Din Djarin and Grogu made it to the big screen! The Art of Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu, the official behind the scenes companion to the movie, arrives in stores today, Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from Abrams Books.
What’s Inside the Book
The Mandalorian and Grogu was the first Star Wars movie in theaters in seven years, and this book shows how the art team brought it to life. It’s filled with concept art, sketches and interviews with key cast, crew and creatives, giving fans an exclusive look at the artwork created for the film and the stories behind its characters, locations and vehicles. The movie stars Pedro Pascal, Sigourney Weaver and Jeremy Allen White.
The foreword is written by Doug Chiang, Lucasfilm’s executive design director, whose work has shaped the look of Star Wars for decades.
