New York Comic Con 2026 kicks off Thursday, October 8, and runs through Sunday, October 11 at the Javits Center in New York City. Whether you’re attending in person or following along from home, here are the panels and reveals we’re most excited about, from Marvel’s next wave of Disney+ shows to a conversation with one of Disney’s most legendary Imagineers.

Marvel Television and Marvel Animation Panel

Thursday, October 8, 4:15 p.m., Empire Stage
This is the big one for Marvel fans. Marvel Television and Marvel Animation will offer a look at upcoming Disney+ series, and there’s plenty that could show up:
- VisionQuest, which premieres on Disney+ October 14, so a final trailer or clip would make sense
- X-Men ’97 Season 3, possibly with a release window or first teaser
- Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Season 2, expected in early 2027
- Daredevil: Born Again, which could get an early look at its next season
Marvel hasn’t confirmed what will be shown, but this panel is likely to generate the most headlines of the weekend.
Joe Rohde on the Art of Imagining

Thursday, October 8, 5:30 p.m., Room 1B02
Disney Legend and Imagineer Joe Rohde, the creative force behind Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Expedition Everest, will sit down for a conversation about his creative process. The timing couldn’t be better: Rohde just made headlines this week by saying Disney plans to replace the Expedition Everest Yeti rather than fix it. Fans will be listening closely for anything more he shares.
Spider-Man World Record Attempt
Thursday, October 8, 6:30 p.m., Main Stage
Marvel is going for a Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of people dressed as Spider-Man. Free costumes from Jazwares will be available while supplies last, and registration is open online. It should make for some fun photos.
Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 3

Saturday, October 10, 6:00 p.m., Main Stage
Walker Scobell headlines a conversation about the third season of the Disney+ series. Percy Jackson fans have been eager for news on Season 3, so expect a sneak peek or new details.
