Rum lovers, mark your calendars! The popular Bootlegger’s Dinner series is returning to Enzo’s Hideaway at Disney Springs this November, and this time the spotlight is on Flor de Caña rums.
Hidden below The Landing, Enzo’s Hideaway already feels like a Prohibition era speakeasy, which makes it the perfect setting for an evening like this. The Bootlegger’s Dinner brings tropical, smoky and sweet flavors to the Hideaway with handcrafted rum cocktails paired with a multicourse menu.
When Is the Bootlegger’s Dinner?
The dinner takes place Thursday, November 12, with two seatings at 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. The experience is $108 per person.
What’s on the Menu?
Here’s a look at the cocktail and food pairings planned for the night:
- First pairing: Flor de Caña Blanco mixed with pineapple, lime, coconut water and vanilla, served alongside a spread of salumi e formaggi (Italian cured meats and cheeses)
- Second pairing: Flor de Caña 12 Year blended with crème de cacao, pecan liqueur and orange clove syrup, paired with a Certified Angus Beef strip loin
- Dessert: Flor de Caña 7 Year and Flor de Caña Spresso with chai, brown butter demerara syrup and oat milk, served with Enzo’s brown butter cake
That dessert pairing alone has us sold. Brown butter cake with a chai and espresso rum cocktail sounds like the perfect fall treat.
How to Book
Reservations are available through Tock. Space is extremely limited, and the event is only open to guests 21 and older. If you’re hoping to grab a seat, we recommend booking soon. These dinners tend to sell out quickly.
