Great news for fans of one of EPCOT‘s most beloved dining spots: Coral Reef Restaurant is set to reopen on November 4, 2026, following a closure for planned maintenance that began September 8.
The roughly two-month refurbishment covered part of the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival season, so if you had to skip a reservation during that window, the wait is almost over.
A One of a Kind Dining Experience
For those who have never visited, Coral Reef is truly unlike anything else on Disney property. Tucked inside The Seas with Nemo and Friends pavilion in World Nature, the restaurant offers floor to ceiling panoramic windows that look directly into one of the largest inland saltwater aquariums in the world. Guests dine alongside more than 2,000 sea creatures representing over 60 aquatic species, including sea turtles, sharks, rays, and schools of tropical fish. It is the kind of place where you might spend more time watching the aquarium than looking at your plate, and honestly, nobody blames you.
What’s on the Menu
Coral Reef specializes in Florida coastal cuisine with a focus on fresh seafood. Some standout dishes include lobster bisque, grilled snapper, surf and turf, and shrimp fettuccine. For dessert, the Key West Sunset and pineapple coconut bread pudding are guest favorites. Dinner entrées run from $15 to $34.99 per adult, making it a reasonably priced table service option by Disney standards.
Planning Your Visit
Coral Reef reopens for dinner service beginning November 4, with seating from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made through the My Disney Experience app or the Walt Disney World dining page. Valid park admission is required to dine, and guests should be aware that Disney’s cancellation policy includes per person charges for no shows or late cancellations.
Fall and the holiday season are busy times at EPCOT, especially with EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays getting underway in mid-November, so if Coral Reef is on your must do list, booking early is the smart move.
