Tucked into The Landing at Disney Springs, four neighboring restaurants come together to create one immersive waterfront world, each its own chapter of the story. Inspired by Disney Springs’ backstory as a restored historic waterfront town, every destination brings that tale to life through its architecture, food, cocktails, music, and all those hidden details Disney does so well.
The story begins at Pizza Ponte, imagined as the small Italian bakery where Maria and Enzo built a business around their love of food and travel! Today, that spirit lives on through Sicilian-style pizza, house-baked pastries, and handcrafted sandwiches. So good, and quick too!
Next, Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante, where a 1930s air terminal is imagined as restored to its Art Deco glory. Vaulted ceilings, former boarding gates turned dining booths, and sweeping lakefront views evoke the golden age of travel, while Southern Italian cuisine, homemade pastas, and Italian wines carry the story to the table. They have the best chicken parmesan dinner, I highly recommend it!
Continuing on, the story goes underground at Enzo’s Hideaway, set in tunnels imagined as once servicing the neighboring power plant before becoming a Prohibition-era rum runner hideout. Graffiti-covered walls, Roman-inspired dishes, and imaginative cocktails make it feel like a secret waiting to be discovered. This one is probably my favorite! They have pasta made fresh and some fantastic desserts!
Follow those tunnels to their origin and you arrive at The Edison, imagined as the power plant that once served as the “heartbeat” of old Disney Springs. Industrial details set the scene, while inventive cocktails and live entertainment bring the space to life after dark. It’s a fun place with fabulous atmosphere!
