Walt Disney World is preparing to make the fall season a little sweeter with an extensive collection of new food and beverage offerings arriving across the theme parks, resort hotels, water parks and Disney Springs.
The new lineup features creative takes on Mickey-shaped waffles, decadent pancakes, specialty churros, frozen slushes, milkshakes and colorful beverages. Guests will find options for the entire family, along with several cocktails and spirited frozen drinks for those ages 21 and older.

New Pancakes and Mickey-Shaped Waffles
Several Disney Resort food courts will soon serve new pancake and waffle creations inspired by birthday cake, strawberries, caramel-banana, fruit cereal and candy bars.

Character-shaped Birthday Cake Waffles and Birthday Cake Pancakes feature birthday cake custard, cake crumbles and rainbow sprinkles. Both are served with bacon and sausage.

The new Mickey-shaped Caramel-Banana Waffles and Caramel-Banana Pancakes are topped with streusel and served with bacon and sausage.

Fruit Cereal Waffles and Pancakes
These colorful breakfast options include Mickey-shaped Fruit Cereal Waffles and Fruit Cereal Pancakes topped with creamy vanilla custard and fruit cereal. Both come with bacon and sausage.

- Intermission Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort
Candy Bar Waffles and Pancakes
For an especially indulgent start to the day, the Mickey-shaped Candy Bar Waffles and Candy Bar Pancakes feature cookie bar pieces, caramel and chocolate sauce. Both are served with bacon and sausage.

Creative New Churro Treats
Disney is also expanding its churro lineup with new filled churros, sundaes, mini churros and shareable options.
The new churro offerings include:
- Bavarian Cream-filled Churros: Served with chocolate sauce at Anaheim Produce in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
- DOLE Whip Pineapple with Chili-Lime and Churro Sundae: DOLE Whip Pineapple layered with chili-lime-marinated DOLE Pineapple, coconut and half of a classic churro. Available at Warung Outpost in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. It will also arrive at Happy Landings in Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon in 2027.
- Cookie Butter Mini Churros: Served with cookie butter cream and crushed cookies at Ice Cold Hydraulics in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
- Maple Bacon Churro Fries: Churro fries topped with maple bacon jam, crispy crepe wafers and maple floss at Avalunch in Disney’s Blizzard Beach.
- Churro Strawberry Shortcake Sundae: Churro loops, strawberry soft serve, strawberry compote, whipped cream and cake crumble at Sunshine Seasons in EPCOT.
- Chocolate-filled Mini Churros: Available at Market in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
- Churro Overdrive: Cookies and cream mini churros covered with blue sugar and marshmallow at Energy Bytes in Magic Kingdom.
- Cookies and Cream Mini Churros: Available from Popcorn and Snacks at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
- Churro-misu Cold Brew: Joffrey’s Cold Brew Coffee topped with house-made tiramisu cold foam and served with a churro at Isle of Java in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
- Family Churros: A shareable serving of 21 bite-size churros with sprinkles and chocolate and caramel dipping sauces at the Mission: SPACE Cart in EPCOT.
New Frozen Slushes
Disney’s new frozen beverage collection includes refreshing fruit combinations, dessert-inspired drinks and flavors with a little heat. Several non-alcoholic selections can also be upgraded with alcohol at participating locations.
Non-Alcoholic Slushes
The Key Lime Dream combines Minute Maid Limeade and key lime in a frozen blend topped with sweet cream and graham cracker crumbs. An alcoholic version will also be offered at select locations.

The Peaches and Cream Slush features Minute Maid Peach Purée blended with lemon, vanilla and oat milk, then topped with sweet cream cold foam. An alcoholic version will be available at select locations.

Frozen Slushes with Alcohol
Guests ages 21 and older will also have several new frozen cocktails to choose from:
- Old Fashioned Freeze: Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon, citrus and tea slushy, and Angostura bitters. Available at Anaheim Produce, Regal Eagle Smokehouse Bar, Flame Tree Barbecue and Courtyard Pool Bar.
- Frozen Key Lime Slush: Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Minute Maid Limeade, key lime and cream. Available at Anaheim Produce.
- Blackberry Cobbler: Jack Daniel’s Blackberry Whiskey blended with blackberry and peach purée and lemon, topped with sweet cream and Biscoff cookie crumble. Available at Backlot Express, B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co. and Pizzafari.
- Frozen Marrakech Mango Margarita: Sango African Agave Spirit and Cointreau blended with Minute Maid Mango Smoothie Mix and lime. Available at Oasis Sweets & Sips in EPCOT.

The upcoming milkshake menu includes three family-friendly creations and two espresso-inspired shakes for adults.

- Maple-Pecan Gelato Milkshake: French vanilla gelato, maple syrup, caramel and pecans. Available at Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, with an alcoholic version also offered.

- Espresso Martini Gelato Milkshake: Absolut Vodka and Mozart Chocolate Liqueur blended with espresso and French vanilla gelato, then topped with sweet cream. Available at Whispering Canyon Cafe.
- Espresso Martini Milkshake: Absolut Vodka and Mozart Chocolate Liqueur blended with espresso and hand-scooped vanilla ice cream, topped with sweet cream. Available at Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

The new additions continue with refreshing non-alcoholic beverages and cocktails available throughout Walt Disney World.

The Enchanted Grove Lime Splash combines Minute Maid Limeade with cucumber and mint. It will be served at Spice Road Table, Rose & Crown Dining Room and Pub, Tusker House Restaurant, Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar and Dockside Margaritas.
The Enchanting Ember Lemonade features Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, strawberry and hot honey. Guests can find it at Tusker House Restaurant and Dockside Margaritas.
The Royal Berry Spritzer combines blueberry, blackberry, pomegranate and cold-pressed lime juice with Topo Chico Blueberry & Hibiscus Sparkling Water. It will be available at Cinderella’s Royal Table and Rose & Crown Dining Room and Pub.

The new alcoholic beverage lineup includes:
- Gold Standard Margarita: Mijenta Reposado Tequila, Grand Marnier, lime juice and agave nectar. Available at The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge and Dockside Margaritas.
