Walt Disney World’s 55th Anniversary is just around the corner! Like with every occasion Disney has, we knew there would be special merchandise, and there is! Disney put out a sneak peek and we wanted to share with you, take a look!
The merchandise features a retro inspired Walt Disney World design that celebrates the magic of the four theme parks. At the center is the classic “Walt Disney World” logo, with Florida worked into the design above it. It’s cute!
Surrounding the logo are illustrated park-inspired icons, including Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, along with Mickey and the castle imagery. The vintage postcard-style artwork gives the sweatshirt a nostalgic feel, while the phrase underneath ties it all together with the idea that dreams really can come true at Walt Disney World. Perfect for the 55th Anniversary!
Overall, it feels like a modern take on classic Walt Disney World merchandise, combining retro travel poster graphics, park icons and that unmistakable Disney nostalgia into one design.
