Loews Hotels & Co has announced the promotion of Stephen Cummings to senior vice president of operations for Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando Resort.
In his new role, Cummings will oversee day-to-day operations and strategic direction across Universal Orlando’s extensive lineup of Loews hotels, helping lead the resorts across one of the world’s most popular vacation destinations.
A respected hospitality executive with nearly four decades of industry experience, Cummings returns to Orlando, where he held key leadership roles at multiple Loews properties from 2018 to 2023. Most recently, he served as the Complex Managing Director for Loews Arlington Hotel & Convention Center and Live! By Loews in Arlington, Texas. Under his leadership, both hotels achieved record-setting performance, exceptional guest satisfaction and strong team member recognition.
