Who Can Attend

The event is open to Disney Vacation Club Members who are eligible for Membership Extras. Each Membership can bring up to 11 additional guests, for a party of up to 12. To give as many Members as possible a chance to attend, each Membership can book only one show date.

How to Book

Members can call Member Services at (800) 800-9800 to check availability and book. Space is limited, and full payment is due when you book. A few other things to know:

  • Include any infants under age 3 in your party count when booking
  • Cancel at least 48 hours ahead to avoid being charged the full price
  • The Member on the Digital Membership Card must attend, and you’ll need the card in your phone’s digital wallet plus a photo ID at check in
  • Guests under 18 must be with a participating parent or guardian
  • The offer can’t be transferred or sold

Getting to Fort Wilderness

Give yourself plenty of time. There’s no direct Disney bus between most Disney Resort hotels and Fort Wilderness, so allow extra time for transfers. If you drive, park at the Fort Wilderness entrance (or a nearby satellite lot during busy holiday periods) and allow an extra 30 minutes for the bus to Pioneer Hall. Taking the boat from Magic Kingdom? Allow up to 90 minutes.

More DVC Holiday Fun

DVC Members heading to Hollywood Studios this season can also grab a free DVC keepsake and hot cocoa at Disney Jollywood Nights. See everything you need to know about the party in our Jollywood Nights 2026 guide, and plan the rest of your holiday visit with our Christmas at Walt Disney World 2026 guide.
