Hurly burly Menu Revealed Sliders Sweet Treats and Vintage Cocktails Coming to Disneys Boardwalk

A little theater, a little nostalgia, and plenty to snack on Disney’s BoardWalk is getting a new spot to gather for food and entertainment. Disney has shared a first look at the Hurly-Burly menu ahead of the venue’s October 1 opening, revealing savory small plates, playful drinks, and desserts that fit right into a seaside evening.

A Theater Setting With Daytime Fun and Evening Music

Hurly-Burly’s theme centers on a historic seaside theater that, in its story, once hosted the BoardWalk’s celebrated vaudeville performers. Its return nearly a century later brings that theatrical spirit to a space featuring vintage-inspired drinks, light bites, and entertainment.

Afternoons will include family-friendly activities such as trivia and games. Beginning at 9 p.m., the venue will offer live music for guests ages 21 and older. That distinction is helpful to keep in mind when planning a visit with children.

An all-day menu will accompany the entertainment, while a walk-up window will serve select beverages for guests exploring Disney’s BoardWalk.

Shareable appetizers and small plates lead the food lineup, with Italian-inspired dishes alongside pretzels, popcorn, and doughnuts.

  • Meatballs in Tomato Gravy: A blend of veal, pork, and beef served with tomato gravy, stracciatella cheese, Pecorino Romano, and toasted focaccia. A plant-based option is available upon request.
  • Antipasto: Sliced meats accompanied by Burrata, Pecorino Romano, and marinated vegetables.
  • Mini Pretzels with Bacon-Cheese Fondue: A savory option for pretzel fans.
  • Tomato Pie: Focaccia topped with tomato sauce, oregano, and Pecorino Romano. A plant-based option is available upon request.
  • Oven-Roasted Shrimp: Shrimp prepared with garlic and herbs, accompanied by sweet pepper-onion relish.
  • Roast Beef Sliders: Slider rolls filled with shaved roast beef and horseradish-mustard sour cream.
  • Theater Concessions: A trio of meatballs paired with a sugar cookie and buttered popcorn.
  • Mini Apple Cider Doughnuts: Bite-sized doughnuts served with miso-caramel sauce.

The Theater Concessions dish makes a particularly fun connection to the venue’s theme, putting popcorn and a cookie alongside a savory bite. For dessert, the miso-caramel sauce gives the apple cider doughnuts an intriguing finishing touch.

  • Caramel Corn Cold Brew: Joffrey’s Cold Brew Coffee topped with caramel sweet cream and caramel popcorn.
  • Cherry Marquee: Minute Maid Premium Lemonade blended with Amarena cherries and finished with a gourmet cherry.

Both the Caramel Corn Cold Brew and Cherry Marquee will also be available at the walk-up window, making them options for a drink during a BoardWalk stroll.
