Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels Are Offering Fall Rates Starting at Just $125 a Night

If you have been thinking about a Walt Disney World trip this fall, here is a deal worth paying attention to. Seven independently owned hotels in the Disney Springs Resort Area are offering rates starting at just $125 per night, and you can book through November 13 for stays through December 18, 2026.

Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels Are Offering Fall Rates Starting at Just 5 a Night

The participating hotels range from the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista at $125 per night all the way up to the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando at $174, with options like the Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando at $149, the Holiday Inn Orlando Disney Springs and Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista both at $153, and the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace at $168. The Renaissance Orlando Resort and Spa is also included at $134 per night, making it a really solid mid-range option. Rates exclude taxes and parking.

The Genie Transportation Services

What makes these hotels a great value is the perks that come with them beyond just the room rate. Guests at all seven properties get shuttle service to the theme parks, 30-minute early entry to all four Walt Disney World parks every single day, golf discounts at four courses, and access to the Passport to Savings program for discounts at Disney Springs merchants. The timing also lines up perfectly with the 2026 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival running through November 21, so you could combine this deal with a trip to eat around the world. Just note the offer is only available through the promotion website and cannot be combined with other offers.

This is a great option if you want to stay close to the action without paying Disney resort prices. Have you ever stayed at one of the Disney Springs Area hotels? Let us know your favorite in the comments!
