S’mores season is officially here, and Walt Disney World is doing the most with the classic graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow combo. Whether you are visiting this fall or just planning ahead for your next trip, these creative takes on the campfire staple are absolutely worth adding to your Disney dining itinerary.
The obvious first stop is The Ganachery at Disney Springs, which has been serving up handcrafted artisanal s’mores made right before your eyes for over a decade now. Cast member Tyler, an experienced chocolatier and Assistant Sous Chef, is part of the team bringing these incredible creations to life. After you order, you can watch through the shop’s open window as a marshmallow gets toasted to golden perfection, then layered onto a graham cracker with caramel, topped with one of The Ganachery’s signature in-house chocolates melted just right, finished with a pinch of sea salt, and dusted with a powdered sugar Mickey Mouse silhouette on top. It is a little moment of Disney magic in every bite. Right now, The Ganachery is also offering an all new Pumpkin Spice S’more as part of their fall lineup, and it sounds absolutely incredible.
But the s’mores fun does not stop there. Over at Amorette’s Patisserie, also in Disney Springs, the S’mores Croissant layers flaky buttery pastry with rich Nutella chocolate and marshmallow for a twist you did not know you needed. At EPCOT, Sunshine Seasons is serving up the S’morin’ Across America Milk Shake, a s’mores milkshake inspired by Soarin’ and topped with toasted marshmallow, a chocolate bar, graham cracker crumbles, and a Soarin’ hang glider garnish. If you are at EPCOT‘s Regal Eagle Smokehouse, the S’mores Bar is a must, combining fudge brownie, dark chocolate, toasted meringue, and smoked graham cracker into one seriously indulgent treat. And over at Magic Kingdom’s Columbia Harbour House, the S’mores Cup features layers of graham cracker pieces, chocolate ganache, popping chocolate candies, milk chocolate panna cotta, and marshmallow cream, making it perfect for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party season.
