Last week, Disneyland Paris reopened to a host of guests, eager to see familiar friends and embark on adventures, known and new! One new adventure we’re particularly excited about, just opened today: Disney’s Hotel New York – the Art of Marvel. Let’s take a look at how it promises to be a heroic hotel stay par excellence!
More than 110 artists have assembled their talents to create a collection of contemporary art showcasing the vast scope of the Marvel Universe. Configured as a museum shop, the hotel boutique allows guests to level up their own headquarters with beautiful reproductions of some of the Marvel artwork featured throughout the hotel. This boutique, directly inspired by Tony Stark’s iconic Wall of Armor, displays collector figurines, art books, exclusive editions of Marvel Comic Books and many items directly reflecting the architecture and design of the hotel.
A stay at Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel is action packed with heroically immersive experiences. Guests can take an epic selfie with their friendly neighborhood Spider-Man at the Super Hero Station. At Marvel Photo Station, guests can take action-packed photos immersed in their favorite Marvel movies.
Calling all creatives! Marvel Design Studio invites aspiring artists to learn how to be a Marvel comic book illustrator with drawing tutorials that sharpen their sketching skills. After flexing those creative muscles, guests of all ages can charge up with a physical challenge at the hotel’s Hero Training Zone. This Marvel-inspired multisport field provides dedicated areas for kid and adult activities such as basketball, fitness and yoga. Classic sports installations such as the indoor and outdoor Metro Pool (with kiddie pool) and a fitness center provide additional ways to power up before heading to the parks.
All 561 rooms of the four-star hotel include
contemporary design nods to Tony Stark’s sophisticated tastes. Uncompromised
detailing throughout the hotel provides references to Marvel stories and motifs.
One might find Spider-Man’s iconic web in the ceiling of the Spider-Man
Suite, or Thor’s realm of Asgard in the headboard of one of the Avengers
Suites. The Art of Marvel Presidential Suites serves up the Stark
life with unbridled sophistication across two floors, featuring elegant
furnishings, exclusive Marvel artwork in each room, and added amenities.

Those looking for super hero-worthy sustenance can indulge
in New York-inspired cuisine. Manhattan Restaurant is a contemporary
casual restaurant serving modernized Italian fare. The design blends Manhattan
modernity with Marvel monumentalism, crowned overhead by a crystal
chandelier evoking the Manhattan skyline and Thor’s realm of Asgard. Downtown
Restaurant offers a culinary journey with dishes prepared live by the Chefs;
Skyline Bar offers sleek martini cocktails in a space evocative of a midtown
high rise; and Bleecker Street Lounge’s casual and hip atmosphere serves
drinks for adults and kids inspired by Doctor Strange.
From the consummate Marvel maven to fresh-on-the-scene fans, there’s a high-flying adventure in store at Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel!
