Nearly 20 years ago, Duffy made his big debut at Tokyo Disney Resort! Since then, we’ve been introduced to even more of his friends from ShellieMay to Gelatoni,  StellaLou, CookieAnn, ‘Olu Mel and most recently, LinaBell. What better way to celebrate the many years of adventure and fun together than with a party at Tokyo DisneySea!

Beginning on April 8, 2025 through March 19, 2026, you’ll find themed merchandise, special menus, adorable decor, entertainment and more. And what’s the theme of this celebration? Just like Duffy and Friends who find joy in the small things, we’re celebrating with all things happy from rainbows to bubbles.

Every party needs decorations! Starting at the park entrance, you’ll find banners featuring all seven members of Duffy and Friends and depicting the number “20.” For those wanting picture perfect moments, there will be colorful art displayed on the walls around Via Paperino over in Mediterranean Harbor. The buildings found in Cape Cod will also be decked out with decorations themed to rainbows and bubbles.

It wouldn’t be a Duffy and Friends celebration without all-new merchandise items! One of our favorite items are the plush charms featuring all seven members holding a bubble-shaped case that can hold one of 20 special patches designed just for the 20^th anniversary.

A new flavor is also being added to the fan-favorite, crème brûlée churro lineup! Over at Tropic Al’s in Lost River Delta, you’ll find the all-new milk tea-flavored crème brûlée churro. And that’s not all, each churro will come in a package adorned with one of seven unique designs featuring a member of Duffy and Friends – how adorable!

There’s even a new popcorn bucket just in time for the 20^th anniversary! Ready to be served with popcorn, you’ll find all your favorites from Duffy to Gelatoni, Linabell and more represented.

Miguel’s El Dorado Cantina located in Lost River Delta will be home to a 20^th anniversary dining experience celebrating the world of Duffy. Here you can try a special Duffy set served with seasonal soups.

Duffy and Friends will also embark on a journey along the waterways of Tokyo DisneySea. All seven friends can’t wait to celebrate the special occasion in their all-new 20^th anniversary outfits during “Duffy and Friends’ Colorful Happiness Journey.”
