Current Updates from SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in regards to closures due to Hurricane Milton

Important Hurricane Milton Updates

Precautions are in place following the park’s comprehensive weather preparedness plan to ensure the safety of our animals and ambassadors during this time. We will continue to monitor the storm and guests are encouraged to check back here and follow our social media channels for updates. Stay tuned for more updates regarding park reopening.

Following the latest updates on Hurricane Milton, here is the latest information on each of our Florida parks:

Busch Gardens Tampa will be closed on Tuesday, October 8; Wednesday, October 9; and Thursday, October 10. Please check our social media for updates regarding park opening on Friday, October 11. Howl-O-Scream is cancelled for Thursday, October 10. Tickets may be used for any remaining Howl-O-Scream event nights.

Adventure Island remains running on its seasonal schedule without changes at this time. Please check our social media for updates regarding park opening on Friday, October 11.

SeaWorld Orlando remains OPEN on Tuesday, October 8th. We will be CLOSED on Wednesday, October 9th and Thursday, October 10th.

Aquatica Orlando remains OPEN on Tuesday, October 8th. We will be CLOSED on Wednesday, October 9th and Thursday, October 10th.

All date-intended tickets for closure days have been extended through December 31, 2024 and requires no action to be taken.

Discovery Cove remains OPEN on Tuesday, October 8th. We will be CLOSED on Wednesday, October 9th and Thursday, October 10th. Our Named Storm Policy is in effect. If emailing, please include your reservation number and “Hurricane rebooking” in the subject line of the email.
