Johnny Depp, in my humble opinion, IS Captain Jack Sparrow! No one else could portray that character like he can! It’s been known for years that Johnny Depp will sometimes travel with his Captain Jack Sparrow costume. Why? To visit kids at various children’s hospitals! I wrote an article years ago about him doing this, and it truly was a wonderful thing.
Well, Johnny Depp is at it again, but this time in San Sebastián, Spain … dressed as his loveable pirate Captain Jack — complete with the eyeliner, dreads and his slightly drunken walk that’s true to his character.
While there, Captain Jack also spoke with doctors and nurses, and took a group photo with the staff. I’m sure it’s a day that everyone involved will always remember. A little kindness goes a long, long way.
