The Edison at Disney Springs is one of my favorite spots for an appetizer and a cocktail. The steampunk atmosphere is great, it’s a fun outing with friends for sure! Below is some of the happenings at The Edison that you may be interested in, take a look!
The Edison Launches Happy Hour
For those looking to grab an afternoon cocktail and a few bites, The Edison will be the perfect spot with its new Happy Hour. Guests can indulge in a sampling of signature appetizers and crafted cocktails at reduced prices. Options include Fried Pickles, creamy Spinach Dip and Electri-Fries, plus a Buffalo Trace Old Fashioned, Edison Lager, Frenzy Sauv Blanc and Strawberry Fields Forever, made with Wheatley Vodka, St-germain liqueur, honey, lime juice, strawberry and mint. The Happy Hour runs Sunday through Friday, 3 – 6 p.m.
Last Chance for September Mixology Series
The Edison at Disney Springs invites guests to discover a new installment of its Mixology Series, featuring an elevated three-course menu and craft cocktails pairings. For September, The Edison’s culinary team embraced the rich flavors of fall — cinnamon, blood orange and sweet corn — in creating the menu. Dishes include spiced pork belly, roasted cauliflower and fennel purée and sweet corn and jalapeno hush puppies with spicy orange marmalade, and are paired with the Flizzy Bliss and the Me-groni. The experience will take place on September 19 and 26, with seatings at 5:30 p.m. or 8 p.m. Tickets are extremely limited and are available for guests ages 21 and older.
