May 30 is National Mint Julep Day! Mint juleps have been a staple at Disneyland park since 1966, with the opening of the Mint Julep Bar in New Orleans Square. Today, there are several varieties of this iconic beverage served at the Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. To celebrate, we’re sharing an exclusive recipe for a Green Tea Berry Mint Julep from the Disney Recipe Vault with you.
EPCOT International Flower & Garden festival serves refreshing beverages every year. The Green Tea Mint Julep was a fan-favorite several years ago, and now you can make it at home anytime! The mint syrup can be made up to two weeks in advance and stored in the refrigerator.

Cook’s Note: Toss into a blender with ice for a delectable frozen julep. If you’re over the age of 21, add 1 1/4 ounces of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey for an adult twist.
