Disney Springs’s Newest Eatery ‘eet by Maneet’ Opens Monday, December 4, 2023. In an Instagram post earlier today celebrity Chef Maneet Chauhan announced her newest venture ‘eet by Maneet‘ will open at Disney Springs on Monday, Dec 4th, 2023.

Yesterday the Chef was joined by Disney Springs Vice-President Matt Simon for the grand ribbon cutting. The new eatery will be located next door to Days of Christmas, in the Disney Springs Marketplace.

Chef Maneet Chauhan –

Maneet Chauhan’s love for cooking began at a young age, and she kickstarted her culinary journey in India. Excelling at the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration. After interning at top hotels in India, she headed to the States.

Graduating with honors from The Culinary Institute of America. Her fine dining experience on the East Coast led her to Chicago. She became the opening chef at Vermilion, earning acclaim and awards. After successful years at Vermilion, Chef Chauhan founded Indie Culinaire.

Noteworthy for being the only Indian female on Iron Chef and a fierce competitor on The Next Iron Chef. Furthermore, she now judges on Chopped, receiving a James Beard Award. A culinary ambassador, she shares her expertise on Indian cuisine and spices on platforms like ABC’s The View. Devoted to culinary education, Chef Chauhan mentors graduates.

She also speaks at culinary schools and supports programs like ProStart. Actively involved in charities like CRY and P.A.V.E., she cooks for prestigious events like the Chef’s Garden and the Guggenheim Museum. In 2014, she opened Chauhan Ale & Masala House in Nashville, Tenn.

Her cookbook, Flavors of My World, was released in 2013, and she’s working on a spice line and another cookbook. Living in New York City with her husband and daughter, Chef Chauhan’s passion, creativity, and culinary skills continue to define her success in the ever-evolving world of cuisine.
