Disney Enchantment Fireworks to Return to Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom’s 50th anniversary fireworks show “Disney Enchantment” will be returning to the theme park in 2024 as part of Disney After Hours Events at Magic Kingdom.

Yes–you read that right. For fans of the now defunct fireworks show, this is pretty  magical news! And you know what’s even better? If you make it to Magic Kingdom prior to the Disney After Hours events you can see both “Happily Ever After” and “Enchantment” in the same night–doubling your magic!

Originally, “Disney Enchantment” was only at Magic Kingdom as part of the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World. As this celebration came to an end, the show had its final performance in April 2023. At the end of its run “Happily Ever After” returned to the night skies over Cinderella Castle.

Disney After Hours begins at Magic Kingdom on January 11, 2024 and will run through April 8, 2024. To learn even more details, be sure to head over to the official Walt Disney World website by clicking HERE.

Per the official Walt Disney World website, tickets cannot be purchased for these events until November 7, 2023. We’d like to note that this date of purchase is only available for guests of select Walt Disney World Disney Resort hotels. Additionally, guests under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian’s permission to book tickets. All other guests may purchase tickets online beginning November 14, 2023.

For those not familiar with Disney After Hours events, they boast the fact that guests get access to their favorite attractions with lower wait times, and the perks of enjoying included select beverages and snacks throughout the evening. The events begin at 10 p.m. and run each night through 1 a.m. Although, guests get admission to the parks beginning as early as 7:00 p.m.
