Birds are chirping, flowers are blooming, and there’s a whole new crop of delightful merchandise I’ve just got to get my hands on! Yes, springtime is finally here. And with Easter just around the corner, there’s no time to waste in deciding what items we should pick to fill our baskets. So sit tight. I’ve pulled together some of my favorite spring and Easter offerings from Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, National Geographic, 20th Century, and more.
Celebrate both spring and Disney’s 100th anniversary with the Disney100 Classics Collection by Vera Bradley, available now on shopDisney and at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort. The colorful collection includes a weekender bag, hipster crossbody bag, RFID crossbody bag, mini pouch bag, and other bag styles covered in a lovely allover floral print featuring many of Disney’s beloved characters, including Alice, Bambi, and Winnie the Pooh. You can also place your treasures in the Disney100 Cosmetic Case and RFID Wristlet, both of which feature Disney’s first Princess, Snow White, with her woodland friends.
Still haven’t had your fill of accessories? Then these bags will have you hopping for joy, as they make the perfect addition to your spring ensemble. The Disney Rabbits Dooney & Bourke Satchel Bag, Crossbody Bag, and Backpack are decorated in a delightful design featuring fluffy character favorites like White Rabbit, March Hare, Winnie the Pooh’s friend Rabbit, and Aurora’s bunny friends. Find the collection now on shopDisney as well as at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort.
Top off your look with a pair of ears –or two! The Minnie Mouse Reigning Rabbits Ear Headband features an allover print starring Disney rabbit characters like Judy Hopps from Disney’s “Zootopia” and Thumper from “Bambi,” and between the iconic mouse ears sit a pair of bendable bunny ears. As you’re hopping around having a great time, just don’t forget to stop and smell the strawberries… No really. Stop and smell the strawberries, because this plush Loungefly handbag doesn’t just look like Lotso from Pixar’s “Toy Story 3,” it’s actually strawberry-scented, just like him! You’ll be looking extra sweet when you pair it with this vintage-style Lotso Dress, both of which can be found along with the Minnie Mouse Reigning Rabbits Ear Headband on shopDisney and at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort.
In the words of Ducky, “There’s so much … fluff!” And I’m here for it! The Ducky and Bunny Fuzzy Fun Ear Headband is the perfect accessory for repping my favorite sassy plush duo from Pixar’s “Toy Story 4,” who are also looking cuter than ever on this limited-release Ducky and Bunny Easter Pin. And the cuteness continues with the Disney 2023 Easter Bunny Plush, including Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, and Stitch dressed in their Easter best as cuddly, colorful bunnies. Find all of these fun items now on shopDisney, as well as the ear headband and Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse plush at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort.
Disneyland Resort guests, get ready for a hippity, hoppity good time, because the annual Eggstravaganza “egg” search is back! Recruit your peeps for the fan-favorite event taking place now through April 9 and search high and low for hidden “eggs” themed to Disney characters throughout Disneyland park, Disney California Adventure park, or Downtown Disney District. Join the fun by purchasing a game board and stickers for $9.99 in select merchandise locations found on the official Eggstravaganza event page. Game boards differ between Disneyland park, Disney California Adventure park, and the Downtown Disney District, so make sure you search in your game board’s designated location! As you spot the hidden “eggs,” place the corresponding stickers on your game board. When you’re done, return your game board to a redemption location and receive an egg-citing keepsake: one of six collectible eggs! And don’t worry if you don’t spot every hidden egg—you can still redeem your prize even if you don’t complete the entire quest.
If just one collectible egg isn’t enough for you, make sure to
also pick up the Limited Release Lion King Egg Set, featuring the egg-celent
trio, Simba, Timon and Pumba. The set is available at all game board redemption
locations, while limited supplies last.

Chocolate bunnies are great and all, but they do kind of pale in comparison to these photo-worthy, oh-so delectable treats found at Walt Disney World Resort. At Karamell-Küche in the Germany pavilion in EPCOT and other select locations, make sure to grab the Mickey Easter Egg Apple and Minnie Easter Bunny Apple, both dipped in Werther’s Original Caramel and white chocolate, before being adorned in festive Easter decorations. Over at Main Street Confectionery in Magic Kingdom Park, you’ll find the Mickey Spring Caramel Apple, Mickey Spring Cake Pop, and Mickey Spring Cereal Treat, all of which are dipped in milk chocolate and coated in spring-colored M&M’S Milk Chocolate Candies.
For a cool and refreshing spring treat, enjoy Easter-themed delights at Swirls on the Water at Disney Springs. The Cotton Candy Cone consists of DOLE Whip Raspberry and Cotton Candy Soft Serve swirled on top of a Celebration Cone and topped with sprinkles. Or go big with the Easter Basket Nachos, made up of a bed of waffle chips covered in DOLE Whip Raspberry and Cotton Candy Soft Serve, Jelly Beans, Raspberry Sauce, Strawberry Boba, and Whip Cream.

Enjoy your next spring outing with this pretty pink Tokyo Disneyland drink bottle and a tote bag that features Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Pluto relaxing together under a cherry blossom tree.
While at Shanghai Disney Resort, you absolutely must check out the 2023 Spring Mickey and Friends Collection, which includes plush Mickey Mouse and his pals designed in a vibrant animation style and decked out in macaron-inspired colors. The characters feature fun accents like sparkling starry eyes, rainbows, and wings. And yes. Those Chip ‘n’ Dale plushies are indeed dressed up as unicorns. I think this collection may have just broken the cuteness meter.
You also won’t want to miss the Shanghai Disney Resort exclusive 2023 Duffy and Friends Floral Fragrance of Spring Collection as it’s inspired by the same irises, grape hyacinths, freesia, and other flowers that can be found across the resort. The collection features Duffy and Friends plush and keychain items dressed in adorable spring costumes as well as crossbody bags, thermoses, and blankets, perfect for a springtime picnic with friends.

Looking for some fun adds to your Easter basket? The Disney
Junior Minnie Mouse and Mickey
Mouse Easter Mini Figure Capsules each contain one of eight mystery
character figures as well as a sheet of glossy bonus stickers. Kids can also
imagine rolling into action with Disney Junior’s newest hero crew, the
Firebuds, with this action
figures gift pack that features the Firebuds crew, Bo, Jayden, and Violet.
Even more Disney and Pixar characters can be found in Disney Doorables 6-Pack Surprise Eggs, which includes six egg-shaped blind capsules, each containing a different character figure as well as a sticker sheet. Don’t forget to pick up a bag of Disney Frankford Eggs for your backyard egg hunt! Each bag contains 16 wrapped plastic eggs filled with Disney and Pixar character candy. Also for the Easter festivities, it’s only appropriate that you don your best egg-hunting gear, like this Pixar Classic Character Easter Eggs T-Shirt.
Just because it’s spring doesn’t mean things can’t still get a little frozen. Create tons of fun with delightful Easter basket additions like this Easter fun set, chalk set, and projector light featuring Disney’s “Frozen” characters Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and Kristoff.
Add another treat to your Easter basket with these Avengers Crunchy Super Hero Sprinkle Mini Cookie Snack Packs by Partake. After refueling, heroes will be ready to spring into action with the Stunt Squad Captain America vs Thanos Tower Smash Playset, which features iconic characters as small-scale figures for crash-and-bash fun. You can also find the hero within yourself with this Guardians of the Galaxy Groot Leaf Ring featuring Groot’s sweet, smiling face at its center and leaves around the band.
The Easter bunny isn’t the only big-eared star this spring! Celebrate the season with goodies inspired by everyone’s favorite little one from a galaxy far, far away. Star Wars The Mandalorian Floral Grogu Giant Pop-up Gift from Lovepop showcases Grogu in his hover pram surrounded by a plethora of colorful blooms. “The Child” also looks oh-so-sweet as a huggable plush dressed up in a festive Easter-themed sweater. You can even rescue a foundling and raise a digital Grogu of your very own with the Grogu Tamagotchi Nano.
Spring is the perfect time for your budding botanist to really
show off their green thumb, especially with the National
Geographic Herb Garden Growing Kit which invites kids to express
their creativity while learning about the science of plants. If your child is
more of a stargazer, they can create their very own galaxy with the National
Geographic Glow-in-the-Dark Stained Glass Craft Kit.
And instead of painting Easter eggs, why not carefully excavate a few dinosaur
eggs? The National
Geographic Dinosaur Egg Dig Kit comes with a full-color learning
guide and 12 eggs, each hiding inside a dinosaur from one of six different
species.
Ring in spring with the beauty and wonder of Pandora with this LEGO Skimwing Adventure set, inspired by 20th Century Studios’ “Avatar: The Way of Water.” Relive favorite movie moments from the new film or create your own underwater adventure with the posable skimwing figure, Tonowari and Jake Sully minifigures and alien coral reef. Also, bring home the wonder and adventure of “Avatar” with these Funko POP! figures inspired by the original film. POP! Jake Sully and POP! Neytiri are ready to guide you through the lush forests and soaring skies of Pandora.
If you and your little one are looking for a good read to celebrate spring, make sure to check out fun reads starring Mickey Mouse and friends, like “5-Minute Easter Stories” and “Mickey’s Easter Hunt.” If you’d like to “aww!” at some cute animals (and who wouldn’t?), then you’ll love “National Geographic Kids 5-Minute Baby Animal Stories,” filled with 12 true tales about some of the most adorable baby animals on the planet. And I get it, not everyone is as enthusiastic about spring as I am. If that sounds like you, may I introduce you to Bruce, a skeptical bear who thinks “Spring Stinks” in this humorously illustrated book by New York Times best-selling author Ryan T. Higgins.
Pixie dust is in the air this spring with “Disney: The Never Girls,” a graphic novel series inspired by the bestselling chapter book series about the adventures of Kate Mia, Lainey and Gabby, four girls in a fairy’s world—Never Land! Join the friends as they find themselves in the middle of a mermaid-pirate feud in “Mystery at Mermaid Lagoon.” And pre-order the second book in the series, “The Art of Friendship,” which releases May 2.
With so many wonderful offerings, spring is looking to be quite egg-cellent
this year! Have a happy and fun Easter, everyone!
