Our Earth Day Celebration kicked off today at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park!
Whether you’re celebrating with us in person or at home, starting today, Disney PhotoPass Service is offering special opportunities your entire family tree can enjoy during your next visit. Check them out below.
Probabl•E My Favorite Magic Shot
Who wants a photo with a Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-Class and Extraterrestrial
Vegetation Evaluator? Immediately raises hand. You can capture a Magic Shot featuring WALL•E and EVE by visiting the photographer found near the
front entrance of the park.
A Bird’s Eye View
Our 360-degree Tiny World Magic Shot is one of the most unique photo experiences in the park. Starting today, a few feathered friends will join you in this photo, which is available near the exit of It’s Tough to be a Bug! on the Tree of Life Trails.
Fun Photos Badge? Check!
If you believe the wilderness must be explored, this experience is for you! Join the celebration by transforming into a Wilderness Explorer with our newest Disney PhotoPass Lens. Caw! Caw! ROAR! This Lens will be complimentary to guests at Disney’s Animal Kingdom from April 18-24 through the My Disney Experience app. Starting April 25, this Lens will be available exclusively to those inside the park who have purchased Disney Genie+ service.*
If you’re celebrating from home, you can still join in on the fun! Disney PhotoPass Service has added complimentary virtual meeting backgrounds and desktop and mobile wallpapers to Walt Disney World guests’ photo galleries, featuring some of your favorite animals photographed around the park. If you have an existing My Disney Experience account, click here and log in to view and download this content. It will be available for you to view and download for 45 days, and the Disney PhotoPass Terms & Conditions will apply.
We hope these photos help you remember
the spirit of Earth Day all throughout the year.
*With the purchase of Disney Genie+ service, Walt Disney World guests can access many Disney PhotoPass Lenses in the My Disney Experience app as soon as they enter the park. Select Disney PhotoPass Lenses are accessible only within designated areas of Walt Disney World Resort. Other Disney PhotoPass Lenses will remain accessible in the My Disney Experience app until 5:59 a.m. on the 45th day after the day on which the Disney Genie+ service was used; certain states and localities are excluded. Many Disney PhotoPass Lenses use technology that detects the coordinates of key points on a guest’s face and/or hands and may be used only by guests 18 years of age and older who have consented to use of this technology. Therefore, guests unable to provide such consent, as well as guests under 18 years of age, will have fewer lenses available to use. To access Disney PhotoPass Lenses, an eligible mobile device with the My Disney Experience app with access to the device’s camera and location is required. A purchase of Disney Genie+ service at Walt Disney World Resort does not include downloads of a guest’s Disney PhotoPass photos or videos that were captured by photographers and onboard attractions. Use of Disney PhotoPass Lenses is subject to the Terms and Conditions. Subject to restrictions and change without notice.
