Below is the official synopsis of the film:
With Spider-Man’s identity now revealed, our friendly neighborhood web-slinger is unmasked and no longer able to separate his normal life as Peter Parker from the high stakes of being a superhero. When Peter asks for help from Doctor Strange, the stakes become even more dangerous, forcing him to discover what it truly means to be Spider-Man.
To date, “Spider-Man: No Way Home” has been the highest grossing film release ever released by Sony Pictures. It goes without saying, it was also the greatest performing “Spider-Man” film to ever be released in theaters.
The film had a budget of $200 million and in total it has gone on to earn over $1.832 billion–making it an incredible success and one of the highest grossing films of all time.
It didn’t perform as well, but it came close to being as successful as Marvel Studio’s other international hit film: “Avengers: Endgame.” In total, “Avengers: Endgame” earned over 2.798 billion worldwide.
If you haven’t yet swung to your local theater to see “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” you still have some time as it is playing in select theaters.
