Today we are celebrating the adorable and charming Minnie Mouse as we kick off the “Totally Minnie Mouse” event from now through March 30 at Tokyo Disney Resort. Taking place at both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, this event will feature exciting and nostalgic entertainment programs, new merchandise, and delicious menu items.
From themed entertainment such as the “Minnie
& Friends Greeting Parade: Totally Minnie Mouse” at Tokyo Disneyland to “Minnie & Friends Harbor Greeting: Totally Minnie Mouse” at Tokyo DisneySea, guests will be able to walk down memory lane as each performance entertains with reimagined costumes and music from past park shows. Both entertainment offerings will be available in three different themes: cheerful
Minnie, dreaming Minnie, and enthusiastic Minnie throughout this celebration.
As Minnie is a fashion icon, we couldn’t
celebrate her without specially designed merchandise that reflects her sweet
personality. New products will feature Minnie dressed in colorful costumes
inspired by the entertainment shows taking place throughout the celebration,
special menu offerings, and other souvenir items equipped with Minnie’s famous
polka dots, cute colors, and other expressions of her personality.
Speaking of sweet things inspired by Minnie,
at Tokyo Disneyland, Center Street Coffeehouse will serve a dessert plate with
a strawberry Mont Blanc cake donning an elegant dress, a strawberry-custard
tartlet and a verrine topped with a macaron. This special dessert and drink set
comes with a cute strawberry soda float decorated with Minnie’s signature bow.
Delicious! Many other restaurants will also offer special menus as well as
souvenir items, such as a keepsake lunch case designed with Minnie Mouse in
various costumes.
And during the ongoing anniversary event,
“Tokyo DisneySea 20th: Time to Shine!,” six restaurants are offering “Seasonal
Taste Selections” menus that highlight their unique characteristics. As part of
the “Totally Minnie Mouse” celebration, each restaurant will feature desserts
inspired by Minnie. All these limited-period dishes will showcase the hard work
and skills of our chefs.
