“Harmonious,” the new nighttime spectacular debuting Oct. 1 as part of “The World’s Most Magical Celebration,” is one of the largest shows of its kind ever created by Disney and a key milestone in the transformation of EPCOT. We recently shared a look behind the scenes at the work that went into creating the incredible music for the show, featuring familiar Disney songs reinterpreted by a culturally diverse ensemble of musical artists from around the globe. Today, I’m excited to give you a glimpse of how the music of “Harmonious” is being brought to life in the park.
“Harmonious” is a unique experience that could only happen at EPCOT, a place dedicated to possibility, wonder and global community. I’ve had the opportunity to join my Disney Live Entertainment and Walt Disney Imagineering colleagues for several late-night rehearsals as they put the finishing touches on the show, and “Harmonious” delivers a powerfully emotional experience. We can’t wait to share it with all of you, starting in just two weeks!
