Having breakfast on Disney property has always been a favorite of mine. I mean, Mickey waffles are a crowd pleaser, aren’t they? It had been quite some time since we have done a Disney breakfast, so it was definitely overdue. That being said, we wanted to try something new, maybe go someplace we hadn’t been to before. Cape May Cafe at Disney’s Beach Club was where we chose to have breakfast, and I’m so glad we did! Here’s the rundown!
As of the day of our visit, the breakfast buffet was still closed. We were seated and our server told us that it was an all you can eat family style breakfast. Meaning, they bring the buffet to you. That worked for me! You’ll start off with a basket of pastries and something to drink. Oh yes, carbohydrates to start your day! Delicious!
Next up is a little something more healthy… yogurt and fresh fruit! I’d suggest not filling up too much at this point, because the skillets of main dishes were coming soon!
Whether you’re a fan of those Mickey waffles I talked about earlier, or prefer eggs and potatoes, Cape May Cafe has you covered! Take a look!
Now remember, this amazing breakfast is all you can eat, so if you want more of something all you have to do is ask! I may or may not have asked for more French toast! Ok, I did and they brought out a fresh side plate with two pieces on it. I believe we also got extra potatoes, which came out pretty quickly as well.
By the time we were done eating, we were so full and ready to walk off our breakfast at Epcot! All in all, starting off our day at Cape May Cafe was an excellent choice. It was pretty easy to get a reservation, the food was amazing, and we left happy. I highly recommend this wonderful breakfast the next time you’re at Disney, it was great!
