Earlier today, we reported that Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings strongly recommended that theme parks and other businesses start requiring face masks while indoors again. Well, tonight Walt Disney World updated their face mask policy, as stated below-
“Beginning July 30, face coverings are required for all Guests (ages 2 and up) while indoors and in Disney buses, monorail and Disney Skyliner, regardless of vaccination status. This includes upon entering and throughout all attractions. Face coverings remain optional for all Guests in outdoor common areas.”
So if you’re visiting the parks, beginning Friday, make sure you have a face mask on hand. Stay tuned for more updates as we see them.
