From WESH ORLANDO, Fla. — Vaccinated guests at Universal Orlando Resort will no longer need to wear a mask starting on Saturday.
Officials at Universal Orlando Resort said they will not require proof of vaccination and expect guests to continue wearing masks if they are not inoculated against COVID-19.
The change in policy is based on new guidelines from the CDC, officials say.
“The health and safety of our guests and team members remains our top priority as we continue our thoughtful return to regular operations,” officials say in a statement.
Universal Orlando joins SeaWorld in not requiring guests who are vaccinated to require masks.
