Pride month technically doesn’t start until next month. However, it’s NEVER too early to start celebrating pride! To help you celebrate a little earlier this year–Disney and Funko teamed up for an all-new series of rainbow figures and we’re obsessed with all of them!
Nothing says Disney than the original characters who started it all: Mickey and Minnie Mouse, and Goofy! All of which, who have been transformed into this set of epic rainbow Funko Pop figures.
Of course, Disney couldn’t stop with only the originals. The company also had Funko transform their newer animated characters, including the lovable extraterrestrial Stitch and the adorable robot we all know and love: Wall-E. If you’re a Bob’s Burgers fan, this set also features a Pride Funko Pop of Tina as well!
For those who prefer Disney characters from a galaxy far, far away–get ready for these next Funko Pop figures, which are all out of this world: BB-8 and a Stormtrooper!
If Disney and Star Wars aren’t your go-to Disney characters of choice–the company was also sure to include one of its most beloved Marvel characters: Deadpool! Might we add, this character identifies within the LGBTQ+ community himself as pansexual.
It’s worth noting that this Pride collection is a celebration of inclusivity and acceptance as Funko supports the LGBTQ+ community and rejects intolerance and discrimination. To additionally aid in spreading support for the community, Funko Pop announced it will be making a donation to the It Gets Better Project, an organization that uplifts, empowers, and connects LGBTQ+ youth around the globe, in coordination with this program.
