Here’s a fun snack idea for Halloween weekend! How about some corn dip?
This dip is super easy & sooooo good! Bonus: it has veggies! It’s even better if you mix it up the night before so the flavors can mingle. I’ve made this dip many times for various events: watching baseball or football, workplace birthday parties, church socials…everyone loves it! To make it even more special serve it up in a Disney bowl or Holiday themed dish. I like it best with corn chip scoops but use any chip or cracker that you like. To make it a little lighter you can also use fat free or low-fat ingredients and serve with baked chips. Enjoy & make extra…you will most definitely need it!
- 2 cans Mexicorn drained
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (adjust to your preference)
- 6 green onions sliced (more or less to your taste)
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup sour cream
Mix well all ingredients, chill overnight & enjoy! Happy Halloween!
I’ve always enjoyed Disney movies but was not introduced to the magic of Walt Disney World until my honeymoon in 2001.
