Over the years, it has become a beloved tradition for the pastry chefs at several of our Walt Disney World Resort hotels to create beautiful displays of Easter eggs made from chocolate, fondant, and other edible ingredients. These eggs are on display each year in the lobbies of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, and Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts. Many of you have even made your own traditions with friends and families to go “resort hopping” to see all of the new and returning eggs each year.
While our resorts are temporarily closed right now, we wanted to keep the tradition going by looking back at a few of our favorite egg displays from the past couple years and even share a couple new eggs that would have been on display this year! These displays have helped create magical memories for so many guests, and we hope you enjoy looking back and experiencing them again this weekend from the comfort of your own home.
In addition to photos from previous years, our chefs were able to snap a couple photos of two Easter Eggs that would have been on display at Disney’s Contemporary Resort this year!
