Is there anything better than finding that perfect souvenir? From the latest Minnie Mouse ear headbands, trading pins, or unique Coca Cola bottles from Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Walt Disney World Resort has something for everyone on your list.
Beyond the traditional items, there are some pretty unique souvenirs that can take your Disney vacation to the next level.
My favorite must-do when visiting Walt Disney World is taking a trip around World Showcase at Epcot. Now, your trip around the world can serve as a fun takeaway when you visit the Kidcot Fun Stops presented by Ziploc. Not only is the “suitcase” an exclusive item to Walt Disney World, it will also come in handy holding all of the goodies you collect around World Showcase, like stamps and other crafts.
While we’re visiting Epcot, let’s head to France! After you’ve enjoyed a macaroon and taken a picture in front of the Eiffel Tower, be sure to visit La Signature for a custom engraved bottle of your favorite perfume. You can add a little more magic to your souvenir by adding a customized message to your favorite scent. And before you leave, don’t forget to grab your passport stamp!
Now let’s take a quick step back into the early years of the 20th century. If you’re searching for a special way to commemorate your family vacation to Walt Disney World, look no further than the silhouettes on Main Street, U.S.A in Magic Kingdom Park. As you make your way towards Cinderella Castle, you can find these unique portraits on the quaint side street just past Uptown Jewelers.
Next Stop, Disney’s Animal Kingdom! What better way to put some spring in your step than with an icy and delicious Lion’s Latte from Joffrey’s Coffee? This specialty beverage features a decadent blend of espresso, white chocolate, and coconut and is available at the Royal Anandapur Tea Company in Asia at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. And, for coffee aficionados like me, be sure to stop by Joffrey’s Disney Springs location to check out the 26 different blends developed exclusively for Disney-including the Tusker House blend.
As you sip your refreshing coffee and wander through the streets of Harambe, you may get lucky and see a cast member by Mombasa Marketplace creating intricate wood carvings. You can get any number of hand-carved animals, a beautiful walking stick, or a Hakuna Matata sign.
Did you know you can go fishing at Walt Disney World Resort? Relaxing on a boat in the early morning with views of Cinderella Castle in the distance is about as magical as it gets. And after you’ve caught your big catch, you’ll receive a goody bag full of fun fishing items, including a special button to remember the experience forever!
