Since Jack Skellington hosts the all-new “Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular” fireworks show during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Kay-lani created a devilishly delightful makeup tutorial in honor of the Pumpkin King himself!
