Exciting Experiences this Weekend at Walt Disney World Resort Include ‘Epcot Forever,’ Disney Skyliner and Midnight Merchandise Releases at Disney Springs

With Friday right around the corner, we thought it was the perfect time to share our newest series featuring must-do weekend experiences at Walt Disney World Resort.

You can now see nightly showings of “Epcot Forever,” the park’s nighttime spectacular that features fireworks, lasers and colorful glowing kites that dance through the sky above World Showcase Lagoon. Check out the replay of our #DisneyParksLIVE stream of “Epcot Forever” for a taste of the excitement.

If you’re visiting this weekend, be sure to check out Disney Skyliner. Our new complimentary transportation system connects Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios with four resort hotels – Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and the new Disney’s Riviera Resort, a Disney Vacation Club resort that will open Dec. 16, 2019.

And on October 4, at midnight, the first film-inspired merchandise from “Frozen 2″ and Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker will be released at Disney Springs. You can visit World of Disney or The LEGO Store to find the items, watch a Master Builder complete a 15-foot Millennium Falcon, or enjoy special event food & beverage offerings throughout Disney Springs.
