It’s already August and it’s time for back-to-school shopping (can you believe it?!) Although my school days are over, I always enjoyed this time of year when I could pick out an all-new wardrobe and check off items on my school supply list. I swung by a few of my favorite shops at Disney Springs and scoped out this year’s must-have items to add to your list. Check it out!

Backpacks

We all know backpacks are an essential back-to-school item and Disney Springs has plenty to choose from. There are so many new and colorful designs inside World of Disney themed to Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room, Disney foods, Mickey Mouse, The Haunted Mansion, and more.

Those of you looking for smaller backpacks will find an abundance of Disney Parks Loungefly designs themed to your favorite Disney character or attraction at DisneyStyle or World of Disney.

Discover a few items that will add a bit of magic to your school days ahead. These classic Disney Parks pens are one of my favorite souvenirs from Walt Disney World Resort and pair nicely with a Disney notebook from WonderGround Gallery at Marketplace Co-Op. I spotted this colorful Mickey Mouse design from the Celebration of the Mouse Collection celebrating various styles of Mickey artwork.

From trendy socks to lightweight jackets, World of Disney has everything you need to be the ultimate trendsetter on your first day back-to-school. If you’re need of staples like tees and pants, stop by UNIQLO only a short walk away. This store is one of my favorites to pick up casual outfits for anyone in the family.

Shoes

Stay comfy with colorful boots, sandals, pumps, ballet flats and more at Melissa Shoes. They even have an adorable miniMelissa collection with Disney styles for kids. The best part? Every pair is made from eco-friendly, hypoallergenic material. If you’re looking for an athletic shoe check out the HOVR collection from UNDER ARMOUR BRAND HOUSE. These running shoes offer the best of cushion, durability, bounce, and efficiency and were the winner of the 2019 Runner’s World “Recommend” Award.

Dorm Rooms

Add some warmth to your dorm room or college apartment with whimsical treasures and uplifting art prints from Sugarboo & Co. I love their collection of handmade, over-sized throw pillows—a great accessory for your bed or living room.
