We’ve heard little bits and pieces of the song before, but today, Disney released a four minute, 55 second song by John Williams titled, “Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Symphonic Suite” and as we expected, it’s nothing short of amazing!
This song was created specifically for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge along with other new and original scores for the land by Williams. John Williams is an award winning composer who has written and composed music for some of the most popular movies, including the Star Wars series, Superman, Home Alone, Jurassic Park, Jaws, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Schindler’s List, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, and the Indiana Jones series. He composed the score for eight of the top 20 highest-grossing films at the U.S. box office.
