Spring is here and that means another month full of sweets and treats! This month we have Briar Rose Gold desserts on both coasts, yummy soft-serve delights, character cupcakes, and more to share with you. Are you ready to get your sweet on? Let’s dive right in!
Our most recent line of Briar Rose Gold merchandise has once again inspired our chefs to create a few new colorful confections! At Disneyland Resort, you can find this lovely Briar Rose Gold Cake Pop at various candy shops throughout the resort including Bing Bong’s Sweet Stuff, Marceline’s Confectionery, Trolley Treats, and Candy Palace.
At Walt Disney World Resort – you can get your rose gold fix with several options throughout our resort hotels. At Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort, you’ll find a Rose Gold Orange Cream Tart at the Marketplace at Ale & Compass as well as the Beach Club Marketplace. This orange custard curd tart is finished with vanilla bean mousse and white chocolate glacage and is topped with white chocolate ears. Across the lagoon at Disney’s BoardWalk, the BoardWalk Bakery is serving up a Briar Rose Gold Scooter Pie – a Minnie-shaped cookie sandwich with marshmallow, raspberry white chocolate, and a Briar Rose Gold Minnie bow.
At Disney’s Contemporary Resort, satisfy that cake craving with the Briar Rose Gold Raspberry Cake filled with vanilla custard at Contempo Café. A Briar Rose Gold Cupcake can also be found at Disney’s All-Star Resorts, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Disney’s Port Orleans Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. It’s a chocolate cupcake with strawberry filling topped with buttercream, a mini waffle cone, and rose gold chocolate ears.
And at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, you can find a Rose Gold Vanilla Cupcake filled with guava custard and topped with rose gold buttercream and fondant at Capt. Cook’s. Or if a drink by the pool is more your style, grab a refreshing Rose Gold Sunset Margarita with tequila and orange liqueur mixed with flavors of mango, guava, and ginger from the Oasis and Barefoot Pool Bars.
The last Briar Rose Gold treat is at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The Rose Gold Brownie can be found at Creature Comforts and is topped with a strawberry mousse dome decorated with white chocolate ears. And while you’re at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, you can stop by Harambe Market to try the new Most Beautiful Cake inspired by one of the popular murals found in the marketplace’s courtyard. This delicious coconut cake is filled with a tangy pineapple center and topped with creamy coconut mousse and accompanied with coconut crisps.
Going back to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, you just HAVE to stop by the Pineapple Lanai to try the new Te Fiti Cone with lime soft-serve! It’s SO CUTE and also refreshing! Another refreshing option for the adults is the Corazon Blanco Tequila Frozen Margarita blended with Dole Whip lime – YUM.
Rounding out the list this month, Disney’s All-Star Music Resort is featuring two fabulous character cupcakes. The first is the Herbie the Love Bug Cupcake with devil’s food cake, chocolate mousse, and white chocolate available through May 31. Available through the end of April is the Tinkerbell Cupcake made with chocolate cake, key lime filling, key lime buttercream, white chocolate fairy wings, and just a little bit of pixie dust! Both of these cupcakes can be found at the Intermission Food Court.
