Good Eats at the Flower and Garden Festival #FreshEpcot

The one thing I love to do when the festivals hit Epcot is to check out all the food offerings.  This past week we headed over to try some more festival food.

First up is the Fried Green Tomatoes with Blue Crab Fennel Salad, Remoulade and Smoked Paprika Oil from the Arbor at the Gardeners Terrace.  One word for this dish, DELICIOUS!  This was so full of flavor and every bite was perfection.  I highly recommend this one.

Also from Arbor at the Gardeners Terrace, we got the Smoke Salmon Stack with Avocados, Tomatoes, Sour Cream, Caviar and Focaccia Crostino.  This too was really good.  The Arbor at the Gardeners Terrace is new this year to the festival and can be found inside the Odyssey building.  I highly recommend you check them out.

I seemed to have been on a fried green tomato kick because my next item, from the Primavera Kitchen, was Fried Green Tomatoes with Mozzarella Cheese and Balsamic Reduction.  This was my absolute favorite of the festival so far.  The mozzarella was so fresh and the tomato batter was so light and flaky.  I will definitely be getting this again.

We also stopped by the Lotus House where we tried the Szechuan Spicky Beef shank, the House Made Crab and Cheese Wontons, and the vegetable spring rolls.  Sadly I did not get pictures, but all were delicious.

That’s it for this round, but stay tuned for more reviews as we taste more food!
