After months and months of waiting and planning, TMSM’s 2018 Meet Up Weekend is finally upon us! We are kicking things off TONIGHT, December 7th, at Disney Springs with the party on the patio at Planet Hollywood and ending the night at The Edison. Here’s the schedule for this evening!
We will have a raffle for prizes and TMSM swag to give away at Planet Hollywood. Hopefully drink specials too. You CAN order appetizers if you’d like, as there will be wait staff on hand for our group! Afterwards around 8:15, we will head over to the Christmas Tree Trail by Earl of Sandwich for a group photo and a stroll through the trees! Around 10:00 or so, if you’re not ready to end the evening, head over to The Edison with us for dancing and drinks! It’s going to be a fun time!
Now, let’s talk about Saturday December 8th!
Epcot is where the main event is at! Starting at noon, we will be on hand to spend the entire day in the park! FastPass times are listed above. If you can’t get the same times, try for something close to it. In previous years, because our group is so big, usually Cast Members will let us all in as long as the majority of the group has passes. New this year, our resident Epcot expert Corey has put together a scavenger hunt in World Showcase! Yes, prizes will be awarded! Meet around 3:45 by the Christmas Tree to pick up the Scavenger Hunt info and do get directions!
Speaking of prizes….. get creative and show your TMSM Pride and you could win a gift! Make a shirt, sign, buttons…. anything you’d like to do! We will choose a winner or two! Post your photos using hashtag #tmsmmeetup and #themainstreetmouse!
We will close out the park at the end of the day by watching Holiday Illuminations! Some of the group is also going to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party on Sunday night, so that’s an option as well.
