If you will be at Walt Disney World for New Years Eve and don’t want to fight the crowds in the parks, Disney has an alternative that is a little more low key. Happening at Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground this year, guests can ring in the new year at a private bash on Clementine’s Beach!

The party will be held on New Years Eve from 10 pm – 12:30 am at Clementine’s Beach, located behind the Settlement Trading Post, and will include sweet treats and specialty beverages. Also included are seasonal fruits, cheeses, and refreshments, including beer and wine. A champagne toast and midnight and a viewing of the Magic Kingdom park fireworks are also part of the deal.

Advance reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling 407-939-3463. The cost of the party is $99 for adults and $59 for children ages 3 to 9. Check-in will be at Clementine’s Beach and event party identification is required to participate. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages, so having a valid form of ID on hand at all times is  recommended. The venue is located on a beach in sand, so please wear the appropriate footwear. Disney transportation can be used to get to Fort Wilderness. If driving your own vehicle, keep in mind that you will have to park at the front of the campground and use the internal bus to get to the party location, so allow for additional time. As with all things taking place at Disney, all menu items and event experiences are subject to change. The venue is uncovered and outdoors, so inclement weather may cause for the use of an alternative location or event cancellation.

This is the perfect way to see the Magic Kingdom fireworks and ring in the new year in a more intimate setting. Does this sound like something you would enjoy? Let us know in the comments.
