Last night during TMSM Weekly Live, we had some breaking news that we found out and shared with our viewers. In case you missed it, Mickey’s Backyard BBQ at Fort Wilderness Campgrounds is set to close at the end of the year. This dinner show/character dining has been loved by Disney guests for a long time, but once the new year hits, it will be no longer. My speculation is that it has something to do with the new resort construction that’s supposed to be happening over at the old River Country site. I haven’t been to the Backyard BBQ in years, but I know a lot of people who still love it. It’s sad that it’s closing, but as with everything that Disney does, we have to trust that something better is on the way. We keep moving forward. So, what is your thought on this one? Will you miss Mickey’s Backyard BBQ? Tell us about it in the comments!
