Enjoy a Sweet Holiday: Nothing says “summer” like s’mores, and as luck would have it, today is National S’more Day. Savor the Last Sip of Summer: If you’re visiting Disney Springs without kids, don’t pass up Happy Hour at Paddlefish. Right now, you can enjoy $5 draft beers and $20 bottles of rosé at the bar from 2-4 p.m. and on the 3rd deck from 9-11 p.m. I’ll toast to that!
