I don’t know about you, but my family has specific restaurants across Disney property that are their absolute favorite. Our biggest go to place is Trails End at the campgrounds, but a close second for us I’d have to say is Liberty Tree Tavern inside the Magic Kingdom. Liberty Tree Tavern offers up home style “comfort foods” which is perfect for my group of picky eaters, including myself. I knew the holidays would be super busy, so last week we went over to Liberty Tree Tavern for a family dinner. Another nice touch at Christmas time is the decorations inside, perfect setting for some amazing food! Here’s a few pics!
Your server starts you out with rolls and salad, then you’re on to turkey, beef and pork for your main dish. Side dishes include mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, stuffing, and green beans. Let’s not forget the gravy! So good. Your meal wraps up with an amazing dessert…. ours was a blondie bar with ice cream, toffee, caramel and chocolate on top. We were so full but there’s always room for dessert! Everyone left stuffed but happy! So if you’re looking for some awesome food that brings the comforts of home to the table, give Liberty Tree Tavern a try, you won’t be disappointed!
